No decision as of Nov. 13, 2006

The Ninth Circuit's website updated the status of pending en banc cases yesterday, and under Doe vs. Kamehameha Schools the Court indicates the case is "Not Yet Decided." (FYI, most cases which were heard around the same time are likewise awaiting decisions. And some heard much earlier than Doe are still pending.)
