The hearing took place on June 20, 2006 in San Francisco, California. The original ruling of August 2, 2005 was set aside with the re-hearing order. The new ruling in this case is not expected for somewhere between four and fourteen months from the date of the re-hearing, i.e., somewhere between October 2006 and August 2007.
